As promised. The first thing I did when I woke up on January 1st was write this:

All is full of love.

It is 2009. This year is going to be the year. I can feel it. I can feel it from my ventricles to my ankles to my earlobes — this is going to be the year. I can tell because I woke up optimistic. The sun is shining through my windows, filling my room with light. It’s bouncing off the blanket of snow on the ground and making the whole world outside shiny and bright and glorious and full of endless possibility.

This year, I vow to:
•Drink lots of water.
•Get in shape. Work out, for serious.
•Do yoga every day.
•Write every day.
•Take at least one photo every day.
•Tell people I love them.
•Be creative.
•Combat negativity.
•Realize that there will always be people who love me in Youngstown.
•Hence, visit Youngstown as often as I can. Take pictures.
•Find a job. Preferably, in Youngstown.
•Get myself together.
•Generally, be a better person than I was in 2008.
